FASTENERS INC., headquartered in Spokane, Washington, is a regional industrial and construction supply distributor with a presence in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. The company operates 13 store locations with over 175 employees, and has annual revenues of approximately $36 million.
The acquisition of Fasteners expands Fastenal’s presence in the Pacific Northwest by adding a strong regional player with a culture of integrity and exceptional customer service.
