Services include design collaboration and prototypes, tooling design, and production builds centered on fabrication of heavier gauge carbon steel materials. D&S Manufacturing’s parent company, Employee Owned Manufacturing Inc., is a 100% ESOP business.
TECHNICAL METAL SPECIALTIES, headquartered in New Berlin, Wisconsin, was established in 1971 and supplies a broad variety of fabricated products and related services to customers in the commercial and defense markets. Technical Metal Specialties operates from a 108,000 square foot facility and specializes in the design, manufacturing and assembly of lighter gauge carbon steel and aluminum materials.
Technical Metal Specialties brings competencies in additional material types and thicknesses, an established customer base, additional manufacturing footprint and a complementary geographic location.
BRIDGEWOOD ADVISORS initiated this transaction, assisted in negotiations, and provided strategic and financial advisory services to D&S Manufacturing.
