The acquisition also strategically positions TRICOR as one of ACUITY’s Top Gun agencies.
WESTLAND INSURANCE SERVICES, is a leading full-service independent insurance agency with 15 office locations. Westland offers commercial, personal, health, and life insurance to customers in western, central, and eastern Wisconsin, as well as eastern Minnesota.
ACUITY, A MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is a leading provider of property and casualty insurance products for U.S. consumers and businesses. ACUITY generates over $1 billion in annual revenues through its network of over 1,000 independent agencies.
The divestiture of Westland Insurance Services was completed to focus ACUITY’s resources on its core business.
